Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of services by SSF Global Ltd. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1.

Nature of Services

SSF Global provides offshore, white label accounting and back office support services exclusively to professional accounting firms. We do not act as statutory accountants, tax agents, or regulated advisors.

Final review, approval, statutory submissions, and regulatory sign off remain the sole responsibility of the client firm.

2.

Operating Model

  • Dedicated accountants assigned exclusively to the client firm

  • Services delivered fully white label within client systems

  • Work performed under client SOPs, controls, and supervision

  • No direct client communication unless authorised in writing

3.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information

  • Maintain professional indemnity insurance and regulatory compliance

  • Retain responsibility for client relationships and advice

  • Review and approve all work produced

4.

Confidentiality & Non Solicitation

SSF Global shall:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

  • Ensure NDAs are signed by all staff

  • Never solicit or accept work directly from the client’s end clients

5.

Fees & Payment

Fees are agreed separately in a service agreement. All fees are payable in accordance with agreed payment terms. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Limitation of Liability

SSF Global’s total liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the relevant service period. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or regulatory losses arising from client decisions or data inaccuracies.

8.

Indemnity

The client indemnifies SSF Global against any claims arising from:

  • Inaccurate or incomplete data supplied

  • Client misuse of deliverables

  • Regulatory or statutory breaches by the client firm

9.

Termination

Either party may terminate in accordance with the service agreement. Upon termination, system access is revoked immediately.

10.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, regulatory changes, or system outages.

11.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in London under the Arbitration Act 1996.
